By accessing and/or using our application DreamDate - AI ("application"), you accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions below. DreamDate - AI is developed by LIUSHYRMAN LTD ("we" or "company") to facilitate interaction and communication with a virtual AI companion.

When you download our software app from an app store, you acknowledge and agree that:

The app store has no obligation to furnish maintenance, support, or warranty services regarding the app.

You must comply with the app store’s terms of service when using our software app.

4. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You are responsible for your conduct when using DreamDate - AI and agree to comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited Conduct includes actions such as:

Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the application's operation.

Harassing, bullying, or impersonating others.

Conducting unauthorized commercial activities, promotions, or advertisements.

Sharing harmful, threatening, or infringing content.

5. Third-Party Services

DreamDate - AI uses NLP Cloud to generate AI-driven responses. By using our application, you also agree to abide by the terms set forth by NLP Cloud, which governs the technology used to provide AI-generated content.

You agree not to submit or share content that:

Is offensive, defamatory, or promotes illegal activities.

Includes threats or content that glorifies violence.

Contains obscene, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

Any content you submit through the application remains your own, but by sharing it, you grant us the right to use, display, and distribute it solely to provide you with our services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use DreamDate - AI, not exceeding $60. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after changes are posted indicates acceptance.
